We have had a couple winter cancelations. We have one 50-foot slip, one 60-foot slips and side tie dockage on the fuel dock of 140 ft available until April 2023. If you call before January 1st, you can take advantage of our $12/ft/mo winter special. There is a monthly pedestal fee of $14 and your electricity is metered. Wifi and water is included along with use of the clubhouse. Convenience car available for a small fee.
